Anyone wishing to access this Website to place orders and purchase goods, or simply to use other services available on this Website (collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Services”), must accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement without exception.

Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (hereinafter referred to as “Sido Muncul Store”) reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to amend any terms and conditions and the contents of this Agreement, including the policies and guidelines governing the Website or Services, without requiring your consent. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website. You are solely responsible for checking this Agreement for changes from time to time. Sido Muncul Store is not obligated to notify you of any changes made.
In operating Sido Muncul Store on this Website, we work with our retail partner as the Seller, namely PT. Global Distribusi Pusaka, and/or other retail partners appointed by us from time to time.
YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES, AND OF ANY CHANGES POSTED BY SIDO MUNCUL STORE ON THIS WEBSITE, WILL BE DEEMED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE STOP USING THE SERVICES AND THIS WEBSITE.

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old to use this Website and the Services available on it. To register, you must provide a valid email address and contact telephone number, as well as any other required information.

Orders
Before making a transaction, customers are required to review the specifications, prices, and details of the Products, as well as the ordering procedures and mechanisms displayed on the Website. Price and other information errors caused by the customer’s browser/ISP preventing the Website page on the customer’s computer from being updated will not be valid. Typographical errors that result in incorrect prices or other information will not be valid. If the price on the Website differs from the price confirmed by telephone, the price confirmed by telephone will apply.
Shipping
The Products ordered by the customer will be shipped by a carrier appointed by or working with Sido Muncul Store. Shipping prices will depend on the appointed carrier and may change from time to time. Responsibility for shipping will be governed by the agreement between Sido Muncul Store and the appointed carrier. Products may not be deliverable to certain countries due to local customs regulations. Therefore, you must check the customs regulations in your country or destination country before placing an order. If your failure to do so results in the Products being undeliverable or unreceivable, you will be solely responsible
Product Availability
Sido Muncul Store will ensure that the Products listed on the Website for ordering are available. However, if a Product is unavailable, Sido Muncul Store will notify the customer and ask whether the customer wishes to exchange it for another Product or cancel the transaction
Compliance with BPOM Regulations and International Research. The Products displayed and sold through this Website have undergone a series of research and development based on articles and references generally accepted internationally, and have received approval from the food and drug regulatory authority in the country of manufacture, namely the Republic of Indonesia
Order Acceptance
Please note that certain orders may not be accepted or may need to be canceled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject or cancel an order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until the transaction and payment have been verified as accurate and the order has been shipped. Circumstances that may result in your order being canceled include, but are not limited to, purchase quantity limits, errors or inaccuracies in Product or pricing information, and/or suspected fraud or payment issues identified by Sido Muncul Store. Sido Muncul Store may require additional information before accepting an order. Sido Muncul Store will contact you if some or all of your order is canceled or if additional information is required before accepting your order
Relationship with Banks
Your relationship with the bank to which you transfer payment is solely your responsibility and that of the bank concerned, and you therefore agree to release Sido Muncul Store from any liability in this regard
Returns. Sido Muncul Store will replace Products with manufacturing defects, and Sido Muncul Store will bear the cost of shipping the Products back, provided that you submit a claim to our Hotline within 1 x 24 (one twenty-four-hour period) hours after receiving the Products and that the Products have not been consumed and remain intact
Order Cancellation
You may not cancel an order once it has been placed.
Information and Consultation
Sido Muncul Store endeavors to present accurate information and consultation on the Website, obtained from various reliable sources and/or research. The information and consultation provided are not a substitute for information and consultation from qualified professionals. Therefore, you are expected to contact and consult an appropriate professional regarding the information and consultation presented on our Website to verify its accuracy.
